Appliances showing as couldn't be reached in Google Home

I have previously linked my LG ThinQ app and Home Connect app to my Google home a couple of years ago but recently all my appliances under both apps are showing as "couldn't be reached". I have tried reconnecting and unlinking then adding back but it's still unreachable. Some more details:

My Bosch Home Connect, LG ThinQ app and Google Home app are updated
My mobile device is updated
I'm using an Android device
My appliances are connected to the same WiFi network as my mobile device
I can manage the appliances within the manufacturers apps
I set up the appliances in the manufacturers apps

Please can someone advise what the issue might be?

To start, please follow these steps to reboot your home appliances, Wi-Fi router, and your mobile device, here are the steps:

  1. From your home appliances:
    1. Disconnect the power cable from your home appliances.

    3. Reconnect the power cable back into your devices.
  2. From the Google Home app:
    1. Connect the mobile device to a Wi-Fi network.
    2. Open the Google Home app.
    3. Tap Favorites or Devices.
    4. Select the home appliances you would like to add.
Note: You may have moved your home devices to a different home structure or created a new one. Make sure you have to choose the correct home.
    5. At the top-right, open Settings or More Settings.
    6. Tap More, then Reboot, and then OK.
  3. Reboot Wi-Fi router:
    1. Have the customer unplug the router from the power source for 30 seconds and then plug the power source back into the router.
    2. Wait for the router to finish the reboot.
  4. Restart your Mobile Device:
    •   Restart the mobile device that is running the Google Home application.
