Can't use brodcast features

I can't use the brodcast message feature in the home app.It will show a error that I haven't complete assistant settings.But broadcast message directly from phone's google assistant works.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience that you've been experiencing when trying to use the broadcast through your Google Home app. I can see that you are receiving an error message that says that you have not completed the set up for the Google Assistant. No worries, help is here. 

To further assist you I would like to get some extra information. Is it possible for you to share a screenshot of the message that you are receiving?
