Cannot connect or disconnect third-party apps

Hi, I had a problem 24 hours ago, what happened was that Philips Hue suddenly stopped working in the Google Home app. And after this happened I have done the following: deleted the home and created a new one, I have deleted and installed on the new google home and the philips hue app, I have been on my page on the philips hue and restarted users and see that google calls on location . But what happens is that google home says that it can't get hold of the philips hue, so I tested a couple of other apps as well and all the apps say that they can't connect. So I also went into my own google account and threw out philips hat and everything else there in the hope that this will solve the problem but it was of no use, I'm starting to get very frustrated with this and what's happening I see that it's fault with google and not philips hue as it registers that I have requested and get access which works. So I really hope I can get some help and that someone knows what the solution is! Thanks in advance

  • Did you make any changes to your WiFi recently? 
  • Does your Philips Hue use WiFi or Bluetooth connection?
  • Do you have other devices that are working on the Google Home app correctly?
  • When you tested the connection with other apps, what was the exact problem that you experienced?
