Casting from laptop to tv - laptop has noise issue

after casting my dell laptop to my panasonic tv, my laptop is making consistent noise (it doesnt stop unless i mute my laptop speaker, which does not solve the issue). kindly seeking for guidance to resolve the issue.

Hi karl27,

 

Thanks for reaching out. Let's sort this out.

 

A few questions: do you have a Chromecast device? If yes, what type of Chromecast do you have? When did the issue start? If you're using a Chrome browser on your Dell laptop, please close it and reopen. Rebooting your laptop and Chromecast device might also help.
