@tccruns, thanks for posting here in the Community. To confirm do you have the 1st gen or 2nd gen of Nest Aware? Transferring a Nest Aware subscription from one account to another is not available as of the moment. Hit this link for more information.

I was able to work with the new homeowner to activate a new subscription. Google does not allow a transfer of an account so I have cancelled the DC subscription.

Can anyone tell me if the ownership for our Nest Camera can be moved within a family? My husband and moved away and I want the Nest account in my name and renewal to come to my email address?
