Dish skill app not appearing in "Works with Google"

Hope posting in correct place.

Our Google Home devices used to control Dish.  A while back it stopped working.  I'm trying to relink Dish and Goggle but not finding the Dish skill in the list of "Works with Google".. it was there, now it's not, and my Goggle devices no longer control our Dish TV's..  

How do we get the Dish skill back into the list ????

How to link Dish:

1. Open the Google Home app.
2. Tap Devices > Add + >  Works with Google.
3. Tap the search field > select Dish.                             ***** Dish is not there *****  how do we get it Loaded?
4. Select the result > follow the on-screen instructions.

If Dish has a phone app, try looking for "Third Party Services" in its Settings and link it that way.
