Disney Plus does not download onto chromecast

Disney plus needed updating so I went ahead and tried to update it because otherwise I couldn't use it. It then says it "Can't install Disney+". So I uninstalled the whole app thinking it would just download the update that way. Then it is the same thing every time. I've tried unplugging and replugging in the chromecast and I've been googling but I can't figure out what is going on. So help would be appreciated, thank you.

  1. Plug in your Chromecast into a different HDMI port on your TV.
  2. Reboot your TV and Wi-Fi router.
