Hi,
So, I saw a few people having issues with relinking their Philips Hue account.
Especially after noticing that their lights are not responding via voice on Google Home devices.
The way I fixed it, was by removing every single device manually on the Home app.
Click on the device and unlink. You need to do this for all the Hue devices (ESPECIALLY HUE BRIDGE). Remove that hue bridge completely by clicking on it and unlinking.
After you've manually done that, make sure you're on the same WiFi network that the Hue bridge is using (make sure it's 2.4GHz or 5GHz, whichever the Hue bridge is using, you need to be on that one).
You should now be able to link your Philips Hue account with your Google Home app. The lights should work as expected with voice.
Don't ask me how I know, but it's definitely something to do with the bridge having the matter update, just messing around with things.
Anyways, good luck!

The process you describe for manually unlinking each Philips Hue device and the bridge, as well as the recommendation to check the WiFi band (2.4GHz/5GHz), is very specific and valuable. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your findings, especially your mention of the possible relationship with the Matter updates. Your contribution is highly valued and will surely help other users resolve linking issues.
If you have any questions or need help, please don't hesitate to let us know.
