Google Home app lose connection with Legrand Netatmo BTicino

Hi,

I have the Legrand Netatmo BTicino Smart Home system. I linked it in my Google Home app to control my house.

I have many routines.

In the last two weeks is the fourth time that Google Home lose the connection with Legrand Netatmo BTicino. I open Google Home and I don't find any device, and all my routines doesn't work.

I need to go to the "Work with" section and link again Legrand-Netatmo-BTicino account, then I need to replace all the routines.

I use it for some days, then the app lose the connection again.

I called the Google support, but they told me that don't find any suspicius activity... I don't know what to do...

When this happens I receive one notification for any device that notice me that my account removed the device...

Is there anyone else that have the same problem?

Thanks for posting in the community. I know that it could be frustrating to notice that your Google Home app got disconnected and everything you set before is gone. I'll be more than happy to help you with your matter.

Could you please help me to isolate the issue by replying to the following questions:

• Do you have the latest version of Android or iOS on your phone? 
• Is the Google Home app updated? 
• Are you able to control the devices using the app of the manufacturer?
• Do you have more than one home structure on your Google Home app?
• Have you tried to uninstall and re-install the Google Home app?
