Hi,
I have the Legrand Netatmo BTicino Smart Home system. I linked it in my Google Home app to control my house.
I have many routines.
In the last two weeks is the fourth time that Google Home lose the connection with Legrand Netatmo BTicino. I open Google Home and I don't find any device, and all my routines doesn't work.
I need to go to the "Work with" section and link again Legrand-Netatmo-BTicino account, then I need to replace all the routines.
I use it for some days, then the app lose the connection again.
I called the Google support, but they told me that don't find any suspicius activity... I don't know what to do...
When this happens I receive one notification for any device that notice me that my account removed the device...
Is there anyone else that have the same problem?
