Google Home app: "Could not reach service" for Works with Google device (Powershades)

Hi all,

Trying to add a new "Works with Google" device (Powershades).  After I fill in my username and password in Powershades page from the redirect.

"Could not reach Powershades.  Please try again."

and it is a continual loop since I never get a chance to input my username and password again.

I tried the uninstall Google App, clear Google app cache, try to install "works with Google" device and it still does not work.  Any ideas?

I'm on Google App 13,17,16.29

Thanks for posting — let's get this sorted out. Do you have another phone or tablet? If yes, use it in linking Powershades. If the issue persists, try opening the Chrome browser > Go to Powershades login > Type in your credentials > Follow the next prompts and allow Google Assistant's access.

Thanks for the response.  The Powershades website does not have any page that allows access to other programs.  Their website is very basic.  The closet thing I have found is an area for APIs.
