l have a geeni light and power connector and both are not working when l try to link my account, a few weeks ago was working good and today's morning just stopped it.
Is working in geeni app but not working in Google home app.
l already tried to link it again, deleted and changed my wifi but, l still with the same

I'm having the same issues. It worked fine and then this morning all of a sudden they don't.

I also have about 8 geeni lights connected to my google. They worked fine lastnight with voice command and in the google app, and now I can only get them to work thru the geeni app.

Yes I am having the same trouble on the geeni app its working fine but on google home it says something went wrong

Same issue here, unlinked and linked, reset devices, reset geeni account, power cycle router... nothing works.. geeni app works great but not working with Google.

Ok so I signed out of my geeni account, then back in using "log in with Google option" then unlinked geeni, closed home app, relinked geeni in home and it's working now. Might be coincidence or maybe onto something 🤔.. thought I'd share just incase it helps someone..

Just logging out and logging in on Geeni with "Login With Google Option" worked on mine.

*UPDATE*
I did nothing for a day and now they are communicating again!

Mine is working through the ap, but voice commands still not working.

Thanks for bringing this up. I know how annoying it is if something is not working on your devices especially when it comes to controlling your Geeni smart devices.
This seems to be related to the recent outage that happened with Geeni but should be resolved now. Please don't forget to refresh your device by rebooting it. If you still have the same issue, please do not hesitate to reply on this thread, and we're glad to assist you further.
