Google home cannot connect to Mitsubishi kumo

Until a few days ago everything worked fine. Now, Google home will not connect with Mitsubishi kumo. I have powered down my Mitsubishi mini split and Wi-Fi router, reinstalled the home application on my Android phone, reinstalled the Mitsubishi comfort app on my phone, unlinked Mitsubishi from Google home. Now, when I try to relink Google home with Mitsubishi kumo, I get an error message that the URL cannot be found on the server. Any help would be appreciated!

Although this makes no sense to me, I resolved this issue by using my Samsung pad to re-link the Mitsubishi/Kumo cloud account to Google Home.

I forgot to mention that I cleared the cache in both apps as well!

Hi @jckoval,

Thanks for reaching out to the community! I understand that you're experiencing issues connecting your Mitsubishi Kumo to your Google Home app. Thank you for sharing the detailed steps you have already taken; that information is very helpful!

Since Mitsubishi Kumo is a third-party service, we recommend contacting the Mitsubishi support team directly. They have the right tools and access to investigate the "URL cannot be found" error and can provide the most accurate information to help you get reconnected.

It's also worth keeping in mind that for third-party integrations, compatibility can sometimes be affected by recent updates to either app or device. Mitsubishi's support team will have the most current information on this as well.

I hope this helps!

Best regards,

Debora
