Google home unable to match color and light volume

Hi, I m having the following issues. 1. My rgb lights do not sync its colors within the google home app as selected (ex: I choose red, it turns purple, I choose turquoise, it goes white) within the lights dedicated app (tapo app) the colouration and the volume works perfect but not within google home. 2. Within a routine, I very selected specific light volume and color. When I execute the routine, both volume and color are not correct as I have selected. The routine works as it should after I execute the routine many times

Tips

I'm using both google nest mini,  google hub and android phone.

What I've tried.

Clear cache, restart phone, restart internet connection, hard reboot all devices, relink and reconnect tapo app

The tapo app and tapo devices work normally but not within google home

Hi Argyris,

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. Did it work before, or is this the first time that you linked your lights? Do you have other third-party lights linked? If so, are they doing the same thing? Did you contact Tapo Support about this to raise awareness?

Try to factory reset the lights and relink it then observe if it makes a difference.
