Google mesh connectivity

Google just decided to disconnect from internet. Then says I have to login to app. Where do I do that? Already factory reset 3x!

Fedupwcraptech, I know how it feels when something isn’t working the way it should. Let’s further look into it. What version of Google Wifi device do you have and how did you do the factory reset? I’ll look forward to your response.
