We did not save our camera QR codes and we painted over our setup codes when we painted our cameras. We should have been more wise of course. However, even better customer service would have been for ADT to warn us, advise us etc. Just something nice to do for customers-go that extra mile. Anyway, it's our responsibility. But we still are good customers paying...
