JBL Authentics 200 wordt niet gevonden door Google Home

Ik wil mijn JBL Authentics 200 koppelen aan Google Home, maar de speaker wordt niet gevonden door de app. Ik heb al contact gehad met JBL. Deze geven aan dat de speaker 100% werkt, is online en ge-update. Ik kan via de JBL app inderdaad muziek streamen etc. Alles werkt alleen koppelen aan de Home app werkt niet.

Hoe kan dit en vooral, hoe kan dit opgelost worden?
