Lorex Cameras show offline in Google Home

I just installed a Lorex Fusion camera system.  It is works perfectly on it's own with the Lorex app.  It is advertised as Google Home compatible.  I've linked it in my Google Home and the cameras show up but are all offline.  I've uninstalled them, reinstalled them.  Unlinked them relinked them.  Uninstalled Google Home, reinstalled google home.  Restarted the NVR box, phone, hubs, and all google linked devices.  Spent an hour on the phone with Lorex who have now told me it's a Google Home issue.  Now Google home will not show the Lorex app as a linked application.  I try to link the Lorex app it says no devices found and there is no way to unlink the cameras. 

Any ideas on a fix?

Thank you for letting me know about your linking third-party device problem. I'm committed to providing you with excellent customer service and will do everything I can to help you resolve this issue. Try removing the third-party device directly from your Google account and relinking it to the Google Home app. Check out the link below and see if they are still linked. If so, you both can remove it from there. Once done, relink it to the Google Home app.
