My devices keep getting unassigned from my home.

About once a week a random assortment of my devices keeps removing themselves from my home. They remain linked and connected to my account but removed from their room/home. It's even more frustrating because it messes up all my automations I wrote with the script editor. See attached photo. They are mainly smart switches linked via matter or connected service to KASA to link.
