Nest Migration to Google...now Household members can't access Nest products in Google Home App

I installed a Nest Thermostat and in the set up process it told me I had to migrate the Nest account to Google (I'd been resisting this with my Nest cameras).  I can now access the Nest cameras and Thermostat in the Google Home app, but my wife (who is a Household member in Google Home - with her own gmail/Google account) can't access the Nest products in the Nest or Google Home apps.  It asks if she has migrated her Nest account, but she never had one (it was mine and she used my log in credentials).  How can she gain access to the Nest products within Google Home now?  Should I delete her as a household member and re-add her?

Hey there,

I understand that these issues can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried? Have you tried deleting her and re-adding her to the household?

I look forward to your response.

Best regards,
Garrett DS

I'd replied but I guess it got lost.  The problem was resolved when I realized that all we had to do was select the "no I haven't migrated my Nest account" (because I don't have one) and it allowed her to log in via her Google account...and now has access.  Thanks!
