No Wifi Icon in Google Home

Hi,

How do I access the WiFi setting for my Google Router when the WiFi icon isn't there? This has been a known glitch for years. Surely there is a fix by now? I've just changed to a new internet provider and have NO home internet now until I can change my router settings. Which I can't do because of this glitch!

And yes, I have reset router, cleared Home app cache, reinstalled app, installed app on different device, power cycled everything!

A few questions: when did this issue start? What phone model are you using? What's your Google Home app version?

Make sure that you've factory reset your Google Wifi device using the steps here. If not, please go ahead and perform a reset on your device and set it up again.
