Hi Imransids,

Thanks for posting. Let’s get this sorted out. What’s the third-party app you’re trying to link to the Google Home app? Also, do you have a household member in your home structure?

Try doing these steps:

  • Go to Third-party apps & services from your Google Account > Remove the third-party app’s access.
  • Clear app cache. Open your phone’s Settings > Apps > Select the Google Home app (and the third-party app) > Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
  • Force close and reopen the Google Home app, then link the third-party app again.

If that didn’t work, try to use a different phone and let us know how it goes.

Regards,
Alex

Hello Candycrazy,

Thanks for visiting the Google Nest Community. Can you tell me more about this thing you are getting so I can further check on it?

Kind regards,
