First off, I keep noticing how my notification history is set to off and so I turn it back on. Then I noticed how almost all notifications for networking are off or set to silent or no notification methods are active. This includes updates, downloads, device pairing, uploads, wi-fi activity and security changes are also off. But once on I find my device will be casting to a wi-fi network that I did not set up so how do I prevent that from happening when almost everything that goes on has the notifications turned off and if I change them, they are quickly reverted back without my knowledge!?
