Over the last two weeks I successfully added a Roborock home vacuum robot and a U-tec Smart Lock to Home and was able to control and communicate with them.
Now they both show as "offline" in the Home app. If I try to unlink them to try and re-add them, both the Roborock and U-tec services are not shown in my list of Linked Services, so I can't even remove the devices.
If I try to re-add the services I get an error "No compatible devices were found in your Roborock / U-tec account"
I'm stuck. I can't go forward and can't go back. This is very frustrating. Where can I go for support? I'm happy to submit any diagnostics or logs to help diagnose the issue.
