Smart Life plug account won't connect to Google Assistant and show compatible devices

Hey guys, can't seem to connect my smart life account to Google properly. I have tried the other thread where it was recommended to delete the smart life app to buypass the problem, and I've done that. However, after connecting, my Google Home app will say that there are no compatible devices detected, but the devices are working properly on the smart life app and the plug clearly say that they work with both Alexa and Google. Any advice?

Hey  Drtuannguyenmd,

 

I know how it feels when something isn’t working the way it should, let’s sort this out.

 

Was it working before? Could you try reinstalling your Google Home and Smart Life app? Once done, reboot your devices and router to refresh the connection. Then, use the command "OK Google, sync my devices".
