We have two new phones with Android 15, set up, but one of them fails to cast music with Tidal, meaning, that it connects, starts playing and after a fraction of a second it disconnects. We tried everything, removed the account from the phone, cleared cache etc. No avail. Chatgpt suggests that some cast tokens are corrupted, but so far the problems seem to persist. Youtube and Spotify cast works. Tidal cast works from other devices, including one new and all older ones with same accounts, also from web browser. If I delete Google Play Services data, uninstall updates then it starts working, but as soon as I log in back to my account, the problems are back. Has anyone suggestions on how to solve this?
Could a logout and google side device logout clean up these corrupted tokens?
