My tv not screening even though both are connected to a same network

Without more information all I can say is, reboot your router, Chromecast, and casting device (ie your phone) , then try again.   If that does not work, then we would need to know more details.  What exact devices are you using, what are you trying to cast, what exactly happens when you try to cast, and have you tried to cast other content ?
