Your light isn’t changing the color

Hello, this is Jessa Parfet. So, I tried changing the lights this evening at 5 or 6 PM but the lights are offline since 6 pm was hit 

 

Does anyone know what to do?

I’m sorry for the inconveniences that you’ve been experiencing with your smart bulb lights. I understand that you were unable to control the color of your lights due to them being offline. I'd like to know if you still need assistance in this case.
