google nest home live feed not working

anyone having issues with the live feed on home app and web live feed? cameras say not connected all day today, comes on and off but not consistent, ive restarted, deleted and reinstalled app and nothing seems to be working.

is the google server down? in Texas .

I’m sorry for the inconveniences that you’ve been experiencing with your Nest cameras. I can see that they’ve not been working all day. You have uninstalled and reinstalled the Google Home app, but the issue persists. No worries, I’m happy to help you find a solution.

To further assist you, I need some extra information. Here are some questions for you:

  • What is the exact model of your cameras?
  • Do you see any light in the cameras? If so, what is the color of it?
  • How far are the cameras from the WiFi router?
  • Are there any other devices having issues with the WiFi connection?

In the meantime, I will suggest you perform a restart on your cameras and also restart the WiFi router to discard all the possibilities. I'm having the exact same issue today....
