2 cameras but only one has history

I have 2 cameras. Bought Nest aware subscription-30 day history package but only one camera has the 30 day history avbl. Any idea how to get both cameras to have 30 day history?

The page sounds simple, but its not. I tried to contact Google help line but there was no reply via the chat box. I'll try again tomorrow by trying to ring the ghosts......I mean Google.

@Paulx,  It sounds like you're having trouble with  your Nest Camera subscription through the app. I'm here to help. To confirm, are your two Nest Cameras linked to the home structure associated with your Nest account? Please note that a Nest Aware subscription can only be applied to a single home structure. However, all Nest cameras connected to that specific home structure will benefit from the Nest Aware subscription.
