24/7 video history

I have Nest Aware Plus with 10 day 24/7 video history.  I have two Gen 1 outdoor cameras that I can go back and see full video but on the 2 gen2 outdoor cameras, there is only event history, not the full 24/7 for 10 days.  where is this footage stored so I can access it??

Are your two 2nd gen Google Nest Battery Cameras plugged in with the optional power cable? If they are running on battery power, they cannot record 24/7. (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/11830989.)

If your cameras are plugged in and you go to your cameras in the Google Home app and go to Settings | Video | Video history, is "60-day event history and 10-day 24/7 video history" selected?

Our plugged-in battery camera has been recording 24/7 since we installed in Sept. 2021.
