Having similar problem. I cannot view event history, and I get the following message: "This event has expired, been deleted, or is unavailable." I uninstalled the Next doorbell and then reconnected it, but the problem remains.

I’m getting the same for both my doorbell and Google camera despite both working fine only yesterday. I had the same issue once before and despite factory resets and reinstalling, could not overcome this error.  The video clips thumbnail images appear for just a split second while they are being loaded then revert to the grey image for all. Live cam also continues to work fine throughout.
Would love a solution as losing faith in my Google nest cam and doorbell

Hello everyone,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community and I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your recorded video history. To confirm, are your Nest Cameras and Nest Doorbell on the same home structure where you applied your Nest Aware subscription? Are all of your recorded video history missing or just certain portions? How is the Wi-Fi connection in that part of the house? Looking forward to your response.

Best,

Emerson

Mine has started working again. I didn't change anything. Seems it was a Google/Nest issue that has been resolved somehow. Thanks.

Evening

I can confirm all cameras on same network as Nest subscription.

All recorded video is missing, but sometimes thumbnails appear momentarily before disappearing again. Event types and duration captured and shown, but cannot see the videos. At all times I am able to successfully connect to the devices in question and watch live video without issue, proving no network issue.

Some sample screenshots below which may help make sense of what I’m saying.
Below is what I see if I try view video from either my doorbell or camera. As you can see, it captures the detail or type of event and duration correctly as far as I can tell.

If I then click on the first entry as an example and look at the detail, this is what I see. I’ve also included the detail of what’s captured for the first example, where you can see the detail of what was seen and duration of the video clip (that I can’t view)
