My doorbell has stopped waking up when anyone approaches. I’ve done a factory reset and full reinstall and it’s still the same. Does anyone have any suggestions other than a warranty replacement?

Hi, it’s working again now. The only way I could get it to work was to change the wake up sensitivity to high. It won’t work at all on default. Thanks.
