I had a damaged doorbell replaced and now it and the free speaker that I had with the original doorbell refuse to connect to my Wi-Fi. Everything else in the house connects to WiFi no problem. Despite numerous attempts to find out if Google has somehow decided to disconnect my replaced battery doorbell and the speaker I'm still not getting an answer. These items are expensive but the customer care is bad.

After another factory reset the bell is now working so must have been "user" error. Apologies.
