Good luck. I remain so confused at the moment. I changed from Sky Wifi to BT Full Fibre Wifi via BT Smart Hub 2. Nothing seems to work anymore despite trying to put everything on the same new wifi. I read somewhere I needed to set up a new Google Home so did so but that's not working correctly. My Google/Nest doorbell video is not displaying on Google Display, neither is my driveway camera nor the camera on the Google Display itself! It is so infuriating as no-one seems to know how to resolve the issues. I fell like getting rid of all my Google devices and going with an alternative provider. All that happened is by the time I saw the response on this community, the purportedly helpful 'thread' had closed down!

Google Nest does not make it easy to change Wi-Fi networks. In fact, their first recommendation is to set the network name (SSID) and password on your new router/modem to the same values used on your old router/modem. That's what we did when our router/modem got upgraded a year ago.
These are Google Nest Help's topics on this:

Hello everyone,
@Mike313, thanks for bringing this up here in the Community. We know where you're coming from and we wanted to assist you with this. To know more about your issue, could you please share the details here? So that we can check our options here.
@JWM1, aside from what MplsCustomer has shared. You may try the steps below:
Or you can use your voice commands to stream your security camera to your TV
To do this: Say "Ok Google" or "Hey Google," then:
Start stream: "Show [camera name]"
"What's on [camera name]?"
"[Camera name] on [Chromecast device name]"
"Play [camera name] on [Chromecast device name]"
"Show [camera name] on [Chromecast device name]"
Stop stream: "Stop [TV or Chromecast device name]"
Hit this link to learn more about “Streaming your Nest Camera video feed to a TV using a speaker or display”
I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.
Regards,
Emerson

Is your Nest Aware subscription for the same Google Nest "home/structure" and on the same Google Account as your doorbell? You can check by going to the page below and clicking on your subscription; it will show the name/nickname of your Google Nest "home/structure".
https://store.google.com/subscriptions
You can also go to Settings | Video | Video history in the Google Home app to see if it shows your subscription.
If you cannot resolve it, you can try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
