Billing for nest camera

Why am I being charged for $130 on my credit card?  What is it for?

The phone number listed simply directs me to a website and this is the only area I am directed to.

I hate Google products!

Do you have (or did you have) a Nest Aware subscription for you Nest cameras?  That amount of money sounds like your subscription was ending the they auto-billed  you for the up coming year.

We do have 2 cameras but I thought it was free as long as you don't need to record history?

I think you would remember signing up for it as you have give it a credit card.  But you can check it here.  Click this link and you will see a button that says VISIT NEST SUBSCRIPTIONS and it will tell you.  When I click it it shows "Renews JUNE 2025".   You will have to logged into the google store to see  your subscription status.
