Broke my doorbell!

When I was trying to remove my doorbell to charge it, I accidentally pulled the front cover off and tore a contact strip inside. I haven’t checked to see if it will work still, but I assume it’s toast. Has anyone else had this happen? And if so, will Google help or maybe replace it?

There have been numerous posts from customers in this forum about problems with the mounting bracket on the battery doorbell. You could try contacting Support to see if they'll replace your doorbell:
