Bonjour,
Cordialement,

I don't understand your reference to "via une PC"; none of Google Nest's cameras operate via a connection to a PC.
We have had a Google Nest Battery Camera (https://store.google.com/product/nest_cam_battery) since Sept. 2021, plugged into electrical power with the optional 10-meter power cable (https://store.google.com/product/nest_cam_weatherproof_cable), and communicating via Wi-Fi. It is "Live" and online at all times.

Bonjour,

The optional power cable (https://store.google.com/product/nest_cam_weatherproof_cable) for the battery camera includes a power adapter. You cannot cut the cable and bypass that power adapter.

In order for Google Nest to offer a power cable designed to be hard-wired, they would still have to include a power adapter somewhere along the cable.
None of Google Nest's cameras have ever provided a hard-wired solution. Our 1st gen cameras are mounted on our garage, and we drilled a 7/8-inch hole to feed the cable through to the inside of the garage where the cameras are plugged in. With these cameras, the power adapter is in the middle of the power cable.
With our one battery camera, we happened to have an external power outlet nearby that we could use.
