Cam and Floodlight "something went wrong" when adding to Home app

I mistakenly added my Cam and Floodlight as just a camera when it was installed. I removed it from the Home/Nest app, and have not been able to re-add it FOR A MONTH!! I have turned off the power (it's hard wired). I have pushed the factory reset, but the camera does not light up, or make sounds. Every time, I get the message "Something went wrong." I installed and correctly added a second Cam/Flood the same day and it works. HEEEELLLLLLPPPPPP!!
