I have two outdoor cameras. One of them is working fine, but the other one has not been holding a charge for about a month now. When I charge it, it says the battery is fully charged, but once I install it outside, the battery only lasts a few hours before dying again. We have had these cameras for almost 4 years.
I still have a warranty for the cameras. Would it be possible to replace the defective camera under the warranty?
