My Nest app was glitching so I removed it, and reloaded it. So then I had to re-add my cameras. But it keeps saying my cameras now belong to another account. How do I get around this, they are definitely my cameras on my account.

A few questions — What is the color of the LED lights on your Nest Camera? Are you using the same email address after reinstalling your Nest app? Do you have any family members on the account?
You don't need to re-add your cameras if you just uninstalled the Nest app without removing the Nest Cameras. If this is so, just make sure to sign in to the right email address and home for your Nest devices to show.
If you can't remember the email address you used, you can have a family member add your desired email address in the account.
