Smart light trigger Nest Protect and Hello Doorbell Battery

Hi there,

I have half a dozen Nest Protect and a Hello Doorbell battery.  Am I able to use these devices to trigger the turning on or off of smart lights (Z-Wave) that are available to be controlled through the Google Home app?
