Camera isn’t charging

My outdoor camera isn’t charging. There are no extreme temperature issues, it is off the magnetic mount, and I have plugged it in to multiple outlets. At this point, it’s been sitting inside plugged in for over a week and still has not started charging. I believe the battery has depleted to 0%, but that has happened before and it was able to charge before. Not this time. Any advice? I’ve already read through the other blogs on this topic and did not find a solution.  Thanks in advance!

We've had a battery camera for almost 23 months, plugged in with the optional power cable. However, I've seen posts from other customers who've had trouble getting the USB plug to make contact and seat tightly in the bottom of the camera.

If you can't get it to work, you could try contacting Support, using the link and instructions in this post in this forum:

@MplsCustomer Thank you for that! As it turns out, my partner decided to try a different USB and that did the trick! Now we know.
