Camera offline, wont restart, charge or factory reset.

The camera went offline yesterday. I thought it needed to charge but after a few hours realized it wasn’t charging. Tried to perform the restart and factory reset operation but only get a solid white light after a few seconds (no yellow light). 

The camera is unresponsive otherwise.

For now, I need to ask a few questions to determine what is the inconvenience and then provide you the correct steps.

• What kind of Nest Camera and Generation do you have?
• Did you change the network, settings or router?
• Have you already deleted the Nest camera through the app?
• How far is the device from the router?
• Can you connect to the internet with other devices?
• For how long did you push the reset button?
  • How did you do it?
