If you're talking about the internal battery in the Google Nest Hello Doorbell, it is POSSIBLE to replace it, but it's not for the faint of heart. See this post on iFixit:

https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Nest+Hello+Battery+Replacement/131729

You can see other customers' experiences with the internal battery in the Nest Hello in this locked thread in this forum with over 1,000 replies:

The internal battery has failed in all three of our Nest Hellos. We turned off the "Indoor chime" option (so that the doorbell no longer goes offline when pressed), and instead rely on "Visitor announcements" (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7672451).

There is no battery in 1st gen Google Nest cameras.
