Can only view live feed when on wifi

I have a strange problem

i can only view live feed on my nest cam when connected to wifi.

if i listen to Spotify the Music will stop instant when i open nest cam live feed

I use iPhone with latest iOS

any suggestion ?

Hi there, 

I can imagine it has been an inconvenience, and I would love to look into this further for you. It sounds like it may be a sound setting that may be interrupting your Spotify listening session, and sharing the noise from your camera feed instead. This should be the intended function, as you're opening up a video feed with sound. Most mobile devices have the same behavior.

Thank you for taking time to answer.

you are right regarding Spotify being paused when i open the video feed, i just assumed there was a link with my connection issue.

regarding my issue, i have found a work around, i use Dual sim, when i disable my esim everything is working fine, it seems very Strange, but it is a solution for now, will do some more testing when i get the time.
