How do I add a camera to my Nest Aware account.  I paid my subscription fee of $80 for doorbell camera and camera and am not getting any history on my camera.  I would really like to talk to someone but who and how can I?  Please advise.

If your camera is in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your Nest Aware subscription, it should automatically be part of your subscription. You can check your subscription by going to Settings | Nest Aware in either the Google Nest app or the Google Home app.

If you go to your camera in the Google Home app, and go to Settings | Video | Video history, which option do you have checked?
