Can someone please help me?

I thought there was an issue with one of my new cameras and was sent a replacement set, which looks like refurbished. Same issue is happening. I went to return the replacements and am given absolutely no options to do so, and when I try to contact support it ONLY gives me the option to choose one of my original cameras, which I don’t want to replace since whatever is happening may have to do with camera placement, even though the 1st Gen cameras worked fine there. I can’t afford 4 cameras and don’t need 4. I wasn’t sent a return label, can’t talk to a human because the replacements aren’t listed in the dropdown. What do I do?? How do I return the replacement cameras I was sent? There’s not even an option in the dropdown for this post for this topic so had to choose “Feedback.”

I’m overwhelmed. Please help.

You can talk to a human by opening a support ticket.  Just select any of the cameras that show up and when you are finally connected to a person explain what your problem is with the other camera.

By the way what problem are you having?

I tried to do that but it requires info about the cameras that are already packed to ship back. I thought one of the cameras was having issues but it appears it’s the location. The older nest cams didn’t have the problem in that exact same spot. But the replacement cameras aren’t needed, and there’s no address or label etc to send them back. Just received a generic box with another generic box with two cameras in them. May be refurbished, which is disappointing considering I just put the brand new ones I purchased out. 

I just need to return the replacement cameras, which came in the mail. Again, there’s no return shipping label and nothing to identify they are being returned by me. I can’t afford 4 cameras so need to return the replacement cameras that I don’t need.

Try this way.....

To contact Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
