Can’t connect my new internet to my google doorbell

Hi I wish I could speak with someone 😞 our internet has to be changed because my modem had a problem and then my internet stopped working on my doorbell because I got new internet and it’s been over 1 week I can’t connect to the internet. I connected my google hub but the google doorbell just won’t connect. I go thru the steps add doorbell then I go thru the steps till it says go to nest I do not know my nest information since we don’t pay any extra fees I only use google home. Please help I have tried so many times and there no way I can do this on my own I tried but I wish someone called me and did it over the phone step by step 😞 thank u -Sara
