The house we purchased has Nest Cam G3AL9 cameras. The previous owner didn’t transfer them to me. I figured out how to factory reset (light blinks yellow, devise chimes, etc) but I get an error message when the app is trying to connect with the device. The recommendation is to turn the airplane mode on and off, and disconnect/ reconnect the device from power. I’ve done this numerous times with no success. Also we have a new wifi router. Any suggestions?

Here is a link that talks about how to do this. However if the previous owner did not "REMOVE" each camera from his app then I think you are out of luck. The purpose of this is to make a stolen camera useless.
