I have been trying to connect a new NEST outdoor wired camera and beyond frustrated. Have already completed the recommended factory reset to get the blue light to finally show up. Camera is right next to my Wi-fi router, which has been rebooted AND we have not changed any wi-fi settings (first time connecting this device). We connected a NEST Thermostat today with no issues and have another camera and 2 wireless routers connected to the same house/network. Just keep getting "Something went wrong" and to try rebooting or turning off /on my Airplane mode on my phone (did that twice). Any suggestions?? Camera blue light is blinking.
WOW. I finally figured it out- total user error - well - once I got past the first issues. I was selecting wired vs battery camera and once I tried the other, it worked! All good.
